Do I have to choose the same treatment every month?
No — you can choose a different treatment each month, as long as it’s within your membership tier.
Can I upgrade?
Yes — you can upgrade to higher-value treatments by paying the tier-specific difference where applicable.
How long is the term?
Memberships run for a fixed 12-month term and are paid monthly. They do not automatically renew at the end of the term.
What if I miss a month?
If you can’t use a credit in a particular month, please contact us — we’ll always try to be fair and practical where we can.
Membership details: one treatment credit per month. Savings based on standard pricing. Birthday gift cards valid during your birthday month. Full terms provided on enrolment.
Membership terms
The essentials (please read)
- 12-month term: memberships run for a fixed 12-month term and are paid monthly. They do not automatically renew.
- One credit per month: one treatment credit is issued each month and must be used within that month (credits don’t roll over unless agreed in advance).
- Tier rules: you can’t downgrade during the 12-month term. Upgrades are allowed by paying the tier-specific difference.
- Cancellations: 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations / no-shows may result in loss of that month’s credit.
- Suitability: all treatments are subject to clinical assessment and may be adjusted for safety.
- Payments: fees are charged monthly in advance. Failed payments may suspend benefits and continued non-payment may lead to termination.
- Discounts & birthday gifts: member discounts and birthday gift cards can’t be combined with other offers. Birthday gift cards are valid during your birthday month.

Direct Debit (GoCardless)
Membership payments are collected by Direct Debit via GoCardless. By joining, you authorise NG Skin Clinic to collect the monthly fee from your bank account. Your Direct Debit is protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee (UK scheme). The payment schedule and mandate details are shown during GoCardless set-up.
