Meet Natalie - Founder | Advanced Skin & Injectable Practitioner
Natalie is the founder of NG Skin Clinic and brings over 25 years of experience in advanced skin health and aesthetics.
Known for her strategic, results-led approach, Natalie specialises in long-term skin correction, ageing concerns and injectable treatment planning. Her work is rooted in a deep understanding of skin function, facial anatomy and how skin behaves over time, allowing her to create structured, phased treatment plans rather than short-term fixes.
Natalie works closely with her Facialists to oversee treatment direction and ensure every client receives consistent, considered care — combining clinical expertise with a holistic view of skin health.
Meet Laura - Facialist
Laura brings over eight years of experience in skin health and advanced facial treatments. Initially drawn to the industry through makeup, she quickly recognised that lasting results always begin with skin health.
As a Level 3 qualified aesthetician, Laura has both professional and personal insight into problematic skin, including acne. This gives her a grounded understanding of the emotional and physical impact of skin concerns and allows her to support clients with clarity, empathy, and realism.
Laura specialises in results-driven, device-led treatments including HydraFacial, Collagenwave, microneedling, BBL and MOXI, and is highly trained in ZO Skin Health protocols. She is committed to ongoing education and stays closely aligned with best practice through continuous professional training.
Known for her calm, reassuring manner, Laura creates a supportive environment in which clients feel heard and guided with confidence. She combines technical skill with a thoughtful, personalised approach, helping clients improve skin quality, function, and confidence over time.
Meet Lily - Facialist
Lily has been a core part of NG Skin Clinic for many years, beginning her career here as Natalie’s first apprentice and developing into a highly skilled Senior Facialist.
Creatively led and technically confident, Lily specialises in HydraFacial, Collagenwave and advanced hands-on facial treatments, with a strong focus on long-term skin health and maintenance. She has a particular passion for ZO Skin Health and is highly experienced in delivering and supporting ZO protocols within the clinic.
Lily works closely with Natalie and Laura to translate treatment plans into consistent, effective care. Known for her intuitive approach and attention to detail, she brings creativity, precision and continuity to every client journey.

Sophie is our dedicated Office Manager, and she brings her passion for skincare and beauty to everything she does. With her warm and friendly demeanor, Sophie is here to ensure that all your needs are met.
