Natalie Godefroy

Founder · Integrative Skin Expert

With more than 30 years of experience in skin health, beauty and aesthetics, Natalie is the founder and expert vision behind NG Skin Clinic. Her role today centres on strategy, judgement and longer-term skin planning — helping shape the clinic's approach while working personally with a limited number of clients each year.

Natalie works closely with Laura, Sam and the wider team so that every NG client benefits from the same considered, personalised philosophy of skin health and ageing well.

Laura and Sam deliver NG Skin Clinic's expert-led skin treatments and programmes, combining advanced technology, professional skincare and highly personalised care. They work closely with Natalie around one shared approach to long-term skin health and visible, natural-looking results.

Lead Facialist

Laura brings more than eight years of experience in skin health and advanced facial treatments. As Lead Facialist, she delivers many of NG Skin Clinic's advanced treatments and personalised skin programmes, including Hydrafacial, CollagenWave®, Microneedling, BBL HERO™, MOXI® and advanced ZO® Skin Health protocols. Highly knowledgeable and reassuring, Laura combines technology-led treatment with careful skin assessment and ongoing guidance, helping clients understand their skin and progress confidently through their treatment journey.

Samantha

Senior Facialist

Sam brings more than 20 years of experience across beauty therapy, skin health, spa management and education. As Senior Facialist, she delivers NG Skin Clinic treatments and personalised programmes with a particular focus on skin rejuvenation, collagen stimulation and improving overall skin quality. Her expertise spans CollagenWave®, Hydrafacial, Microneedling and advanced laser procedures, combining extensive experience with a warm, reassuring approach.

Sophie

Client Coordinator

Sophie helps make every part of the NG experience feel seamless — from the first enquiry through to appointments, communication and ongoing support. Working closely with Natalie and the clinic team, she helps ensure each client feels informed, organised and genuinely looked after throughout their journey with us.

Consultant Dermatology

Dr Olivia Stevenson

Dr Olivia is an experienced Consultant Dermatologist with more than 20 years in clinical practice as a skin cancer surgeon and general dermatologist.

She holds dedicated skin check and mole check clinics at NG Skin Clinic, providing specialist dermatological assessment alongside the wider services offered by the clinic.
