Natalie founded NG Skin Clinic after more than 25 years working across beauty, skin health and aesthetics. Her role today is as much about strategy as treatment — understanding what a client wants to achieve, deciding which approach genuinely makes sense and helping shape a longer-term plan for their skin.
She works closely with the clinic team to ensure each client receives considered, personalised care rather than treatment for treatment's sake.

Laura brings more than eight years of experience in skin health and advanced facial treatments. Warm, reassuring and highly knowledgeable, Laura is passionate about helping clients understand their skin and feel confident throughout their treatment journey.
Sam brings more than 20 years of experience across beauty therapy, skin health, spa management and education. Her work focuses on skin rejuvenation, collagen stimulation and improving overall skin quality using treatments including CollagenWave®, Hydrafacial, Microneedling and advanced laser procedures. Her extensive experience is matched by a warm, friendly approach that immediately puts clients at ease.
Sophie helps make every part of the NG experience feel seamless — from the first enquiry through to appointments, communication and ongoing support. Working closely with Natalie and the clinic team, she helps ensure each client feels informed, organised and genuinely looked after throughout their journey with us.
Dr Olivia is an experienced Consultant Dermatologist with more than 20 years in clinical practice as a skin cancer surgeon and general dermatologist.
She holds dedicated skin check and mole check clinics at NG Skin Clinic, providing specialist dermatological assessment alongside the wider services offered by the clinic.
