Her work is rooted in a deep understanding of skin function, facial anatomy and the ageing process, allowing her to create structured, phased treatment plans that deliver natural, long-lasting results rather than short-term fixes.
Natalie works closely with the clinic's Facialists to oversee every client's treatment journey, ensuring consistent, personalised care at every stage. Combining clinical expertise with a holistic understanding of skin health, she believes the very best outcomes come from the right treatments, at the right time, delivered with a clear long-term strategy.
Meet Laura - Lead Facialist
Laura brings over eight years of experience in skin health and advanced facial treatments. Although she began her career with a passion for makeup, she quickly discovered that lasting confidence always starts with healthy skin.
As an experienced Facialist, Laura combines professional expertise with personal experience of managing acne-prone skin. This gives her a genuine understanding of the emotional and physical impact skin concerns can have, allowing her to support clients with empathy, honesty and reassurance.
Laura specialises in results-driven, technology-led treatments including Hydrafacial, CollagenWave®, Microneedling, BBL HERO™ and MOXI®. She is also highly trained in ZO® Skin Health protocols and is committed to continuous professional development, ensuring her knowledge and skills remain at the forefront of modern skin health.

Meet Sophie - Client Coordinator
Sophie is the Client Coordinator at NG Skin Clinic, playing a key role in ensuring every client enjoys a seamless experience both in the clinic and behind the scenes.
From welcoming clients and managing appointments to coordinating marketing, website updates and client communications, Sophie helps keep every part of the clinic running smoothly. She works closely with Natalie and the team to ensure each client journey is personal, organised and consistently delivered to the highest standard.
With a genuine passion for skincare and client care, Sophie is always on hand to answer questions, provide guidance and help clients feel informed and supported throughout their experience. Her friendly, approachable nature and attention to detail mean clients always feel looked after from their very first enquiry through to every visit that follows.
Meet Samantha - Senior Facialist
Sam brings over 20 years of experience in beauty therapy and skin health, with a career spanning senior practitioner roles, spa management and education. Her passion for the industry naturally led her into teaching, where she shared her expertise as an educator in beauty applied sciences and advanced skin treatments.
As a Senior Facialist, Sam specialises in skin rejuvenation, collagen stimulation and improving skin texture. She is highly experienced in delivering results-driven treatments including CollagenWave®, Hydrafacial, Microneedling and advanced laser procedures. She is passionate about creating personalised treatment plans that support long-term skin health and deliver natural, visible results.

Meet Megan - Apprentice Beauty Therapist
Megan is the Apprentice Beauty Therapist at NG Skin Clinic and is developing her skills under the guidance of Natalie and the senior clinical team.
With a genuine passion for beauty and client care, Megan enjoys helping clients feel relaxed, confident and well looked after. She currently performs a range of beauty treatments, including LVL Lash Lifts & HD Brows while continuing to expand her knowledge and practical experience.
