NG Skin Clinic Monthly Membership Terms and Conditions
1. Membership Overview
By enrolling in an NG Skin Clinic membership, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Memberships are designed to support long-term skin health through consistency and expert care.
2. Membership Term
Memberships run for a fixed 12-month term and are paid monthly. Memberships do not automatically renew at the end of the term. Members will be contacted to discuss renewal options once the 12 months are complete.
3. Membership Benefits
Each membership includes one treatment credit per month, selected from the options within the chosen tier. Treatments may vary month to month within the tier. Members may upgrade to higher-value treatments by paying the applicable tier-specific difference. Treatment options and inclusions may be updated as services evolve.
4. Payments
Membership fees are charged monthly in advance. Failed payments may result in suspension of benefits and continued non-payment may lead to termination of the membership.
5. Membership Changes
Membership tiers are selected at enrolment and cannot be downgraded during the 12-month term. Treatment upgrades within a tier are permitted with an additional charge. Tier changes may be reviewed at the end of the membership term.
6. Treatment Credits & Appointments
One treatment credit is issued per month and must be used within that month. Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and do not roll over unless agreed in advance. Appointments are subject to availability. 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule; late cancellations or non-attendance may result in loss of the monthly credit.
7. Clinical Suitability
All treatments are subject to clinical assessment. NG Skin Clinic reserves the right to modify or substitute treatments where necessary for safety or suitability.
8. Medical Circumstances
In cases such as pregnancy or medical changes, treatments may be temporarily adjusted to ensure safety. Membership fees will continue during any treatment modification. Requests relating to medical circumstances are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may require supporting information.
9. Discounts & Gift Cards
Membership discounts and birthday gift cards cannot be combined with other offers. Birthday gift cards are valid during the member’s birthday month and are non-transferable.
10. Changes to Memberships & Terms
NG Skin Clinic reserves the right to amend membership structures or terms with reasonable notice. Updates will be communicated via email or the website.
11. Liability & Privacy
All treatments are delivered in line with professional standards. Liability is limited as permitted by law. Personal information is handled in accordance with NG Skin Clinic’s Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
