1. Membership Overview
1.1. By enrolling in a monthly membership at NG Skin Clinic, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 1.2. Memberships are offered on a month-to-month basis, subject to renewal.
2. Membership Benefits
2.1. Members are entitled to monthly treatments and services as specified in their chosen membership plan. 2.2. Exclusive discounts and early access to new treatments and products are available to members.
3. Payment and Renewal
3.1. Monthly membership fees will be charged automatically to the payment method provided at the time of enrolment. 3.2. Memberships will auto-renew monthly unless cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy.
4. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. 5.4. Monthly complementary services cannot be banked or transferred and must be utilised within the month. 5.5. Memberships may not be used in combination with any other promotional offers or packages, discount coupons, or gift certificates.
6. Changes to Terms and Conditions
6.1. NG Skin Clinic reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. 6.2. Any changes will be communicated to members via email or the NG Skin Clinic website.
7. Liability
7.1. NG Skin Clinic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the membership services. 7.2. Members agree to release NG Skin Clinic from any claims arising from the use of membership services.
